The Edible Schoolyard a 20-minute dvd, commissioned and produced by Slow Food Nova Scotia, in cooperation with Dr. Arthur Hines Elementary School and the Hants Shore Community Health Centre, about the school garden in Summerville, Hants County, NS and how it has inspired teachers, students and parents to think about food, where it comes from and how food choices influence health and well-being.
