Nourishing Nova Scotia was developed by three Carleton University design students working under the name of Archetype Studio as an end of term course project in December 2013. The students worked with the Activating Change Together for Community Food Security Policy Working Group to explore multi-media solutions as a means to communicate food security issues in Eastern Canada. The finished product found here is a graphic novel-style narrative. Follow the stories of Lynn and Daniel to learn more about some of the different issues relating to community food security brought up in the Policy Working Group's research paper, "Challenges and Opportunities for Community Food Security: The Policy Landscape in Nova Scotia.
